Three ways to clock in
Choose what suits your situation. Methods can be used alongside each other.
Shared tablet
Place a tablet or PC in a fixed spot — at the entrance or in the office. Employees clock in and out with their personal PIN code. They do not need an email address.
QR code on the wall
Print a QR code and stick it in the desired place. Employees scan the code with their smartphone and enter their PIN code. Works on any device, even without an app.
App or web browser
Link an email address to the employee's account. They can then log in via the iPhone or Android app or via the browser. The app also records location.
Employees without an email address can clock in via tablet or QR code. If you link an email address to their account later, they can also use the app or the web — without having to set anything up again.

Location verification
Set approved locations as an admin. When clocking in via the app, GPS coordinates are automatically compared. So you know for certain that employees are genuinely present — and not clocking in from home.
Live dashboard
See in real time who is clocked in, clocked out or absent. Useful for daily planning, emergency overviews or simply checking who is already in.
Adjust hours
Forgot to clock in? As an admin you can manually add or adjust hours. Every change is logged with date, time and user — fully visible on every report.
Export reports
Pull overviews as PDF or CSV — per employee or for the full team. Ideal for payroll, hour justification or client invoicing.
