Belgium: mandatory from 2027 — even with a single employee

Time tracking
that just works, no hassle.

TimeTic is built for bakers, hairdressers, plumbers, cleaning staff and other self-employed people with 1 to 25 team members. No punch clock, no badges, no IT department. Just a QR code or a PIN.

No credit card
No hardware
GDPR compliant
Everything you need

Small to use,
big on peace of mind.

One app for you and your team. Hours add up on their own, legal retention is handled, and one-click exports are ready whenever your accountant rings.

QR code & PIN

Print the QR code and hang it up. Staff scan, tap in their PIN and they're clocked in. No phones required, no apps to install.

Mobile app (iOS & Android)

Prefer clocking in from your own phone? Your team installs the TimeTic app and they're in with one tap — on the go, without a QR sticker on the wall.

GPS-verified location

Job site, customer, shop floor? The app logs where they clocked in with GPS proof. Your dashboard shows at a glance whether they were on-site or chose the location themselves.

Break tracking

Lunch break or a quick coffee? One tap and legal break times are calculated automatically.

Live attendance

One glance at your dashboard: who's working, who's on break, who hasn't started yet. Handy before a client visit or a delivery.

Multiple admins

Your partner, your accountant or a team lead can oversee things too, each with their own rights and a clear trail of who did what.

PDF & CSV exports

Per employee, per period, per project. Email it to your payroll provider or import it into your accounting tool — always in the right format.

Corrections & audit log

Forgot to clock out? Fix it, add a reason. Every change is kept on record, so an inspection finds everything in order.

GDPR & EU-hosted

Your data lives on European servers, not at a US hyperscaler. Fully compliant with GDPR and local labor law.

Email support

A personal reply, in plain language. No chatbot, no ticket number — just a human who actually thinks along.

For our Belgian customers

From 1 January 2027, time tracking becomes mandatory — even if you have just one employee.

Federal labor time rules are moving in line with Europe. TimeTic keeps your records in order and provable — without turning you into a lawyer.

Frequently asked

Still on the fence?

Do I need to buy a punch clock or badge reader?
No. TimeTic runs entirely on a QR code (which you print yourself) and a PIN. Your team members scan with their own phone or with a shared tablet at the counter. No hardware, no setup cost.
Is TimeTic compliant with Belgium's 2027 rules?
Yes. TimeTic stores start and stop times, breaks, reasoned corrections and a full audit log. Exports for social secretariats and tax authorities are built in. We track the legislation and update the app as needed, at no extra cost.
What if I only have one employee?
The Starter plan is made for you. From 1 employee, from €7 per month. The law doesn't make exceptions, so neither do we.
Can I switch from another system?
Sure. We help you import your historical hours from CSV, Excel or most existing systems, free of charge. Drop us a line at support@timetic.app and we'll take a look together.
What does it actually cost, all in?
The price on the pricing page really is everything. No setup fee, no per-user add-on inside your plan, no feature that suddenly goes paid later. And 30 days free to see if it fits.
